Roof Report Charge

If buying a new property we would undertake the following reports.

1. Buying a new property free
2. Roof Survey
3. Structure Report
4. Damp Report
5. Drainage Report
6. Insulation Report

Once a full survey has been undertaken and you purchase the property, if any of the inspection report works are carried out by our company a full refund of the report charge would be refunded.
